Program Overview

The respiratory therapist is one of the most critical members of any health care team. Respiratory therapists work closely with doctors to diagnose, treat, manage, and educate patients with asthma, emphysema, and a wide range of other respiratory problems.

The purpose of the program is to provide students with the academic and clinical knowledge to competently perform as entry level sonographers that provide quality patient care, actively participate in the profession, and pursue lifelong learning.
