The Event Content Type creates a page to provide details about an upcoming event. Events can be featured elsewhere on the site using the Featured Events Content Type.
Each event should be created in it's own section.
- Add a Title for the Event
- Select a suitable image from the Media Library for the Image
This is used as a masthead image above the title. Recommend image is at least 974px 500px. - Select a location
- Add the Start Date and Time of the Event using the date picker
- Enter a Brief Description. This does not appear on the event detail page, but is used by the Featured Events Content Type if the event is featured.
- Add a Description, containing the full details of the Event.
- Add an optional Button, that can either be an internal link, or an external link e.g. to link to the event booking page
