Description: Adds Blog content to the site.
Instructions
Blog content items do not require their own section, instead multiple blog items can be placed in one individual section/folder.
- Enter a Title for the blog post. This is also used to generate the URL.
- Select an image. This is not used on the main blog post, but will be used in any listings where the blog post is featured. The image is automatically resized and cropped accordingly.
- Add the Published Date of the Blog post using the date picker
- Select the categories for the Blog post. These are displayed on the blog post, and are used by the Paginated Blogs Category Listing Content Type to create listings by category.
- Enter the name of the author/s
- Enter the abstract for the blog. This is not displayed on the blog page, but is used for blog listings in Latest Blogs, Related Blogs and Paginated Blogs Category Listing.
- This is the main body of the blog post
- A section that contains blog posts (but is not used as an actual page on the website) should have the page layout 'Blog Page' applied. Any fulltext blogs items within this section will use the applied layout.
