Check Registers

SCC will post monthly check registers to this website by the tenth of the month following the month end, beginning with January 2011 data. SCC will maintain three years of check data on this website going forward. Check register reports are in a searchable PDF format that includes the following data:

  • Identification number: check number
  • Check date
  • Transaction amount: actual cost of the item or service provided
  • Vendor name/payee: payee (employee names are redacted and replaced with SCC employee )
  • Category: general description of the item purchase or service provided
  • Object: a more detailed description of the item purchased or service provided
  • Source: college funding source from which the item was purchased

All accounts payable transactions are included in these reports except wages and the related payroll tax withholding, student refunds and sales taxes paid to the Department of Revenue.

Federal HEERF Institutional Funding Reports

American Rescue Plan (ARP): Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) : Federal Law enacted by Congress, provides assistance to cover any costs in need during the pandemic. The assistance is known as the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF).  The funds can be used regarding significant changes to the delivery of instruction due to the coronavirus, so long as such costs do not include payment to contractors for the provision of pre-enrollment recruitment activities; endowments, or capital outlays associated with facilities related to athletics, sectarian instruction, or religious worship. These funds can be used to cover costs or expenses related to the disinfecting and cleaning of campus facilities, purchases of personal protective equipment (PPE), purchases of cleaning supplies, adding personnel to increase the frequency of cleaning, and promotion of social distancing.
