SDS Intake Form

Any enrolled student at Spartanburg Community College who has a documented disability that impacts the educational environment is eligible for services from Student Disability Services. Students must provide documentation of their disability at their own cost and effort. The office reserves the right to deny services or accommodations until appropriate documentation is provided. The actual services that will be provided are determined based on the nature and severity of the disability, the requirements of each individual academic course or service requested, and consultation with the student, academic faculty, or service provider.
