If you want to increase your WINE IQ, as well as spend four enjoyable Sunday afternoons with like-minded wine fanciers, then this course is for you! Whether you're a novice or expert, young or old, you will enjoy how this course serves up a rich mix of wine basics and practical advice on understanding, appreciating and tasting wine. You will learn the language of wine speak and how to get the most from a wine tasting experience. Teaching this class will be Cynthia Sisk, who studied wine and wine and food pairing at the Northwest Wine Academy in Seattle, Washington and is the former owner of Verve, one of Seattle's first wine bars. Cynthia is passionate about food and wine and is happy to share her knowledge with others who want to learn about what she considers the elixir of a well lived life. Price includes course materials, snacks, and wines tasted in class. You must be 21 years or older to participate in this class.
