This course is designed to teach the basics of renal failure and renal replacement therapies including hemodialysis. You will learn the integral role that the Dialysis Technician plays in the everyday care of the dialysis patient, how to perform labs, draw blood, and operate kidney dialysis machines. Registration can be done online or in person at the Corporate & Community Education office in the Tracy Gaines Building, Room G-17. This course is 56 hrs.
