Summer Camps at SCC

  • Looking for a Unique Summer Camp?

    STEM = Science, Technology, Engineering, Math.

    The STEM in Action summer camps are designed to spark interest in STEM-related fields and educate the younger generation about technology. There will be a camp sessions for rising or current middle schoolers, and  one for rising or current high school students. 

    Apply and Send Essay: Extended through June 7

    Students must complete an application (see links to sessions below) and email a 250-word essay as to why they should be accepted into the camp. Email your essay to walkerz@sccsc.edu.

    There is a maximum of 15 campers per session, and the entry fee per session is $50. If accepted, payment is due in June. 

STEM in Action Camp - Middle and High School Sessions

For Rising or current middle schoolers and high schoolers

STEM Action Robot photoThis 4-day camp is designed to interest campers in STEM careers, exposed to exciting technologies such as robotics, design and software development. Additionally, campers will get exposure to work with robots! Snacks and lunch provided.

Middle School: June 12-15 - 9am-4pm | $50 Apply through June 7

High School: June 19-22 - 9am-4pm | $50 Apply through June 7
