WHO needs AMPPED?
AMPPED is designed for those seeking entry level employment within the manufacturing
will be hired by the supplier network facility and work as a co-op student during the series, attending classes and working in the facility.
WHERE is AMPPED taught?
Classes are taught at Spartanburg Community College, while the hands-on work will be done at the respective hiring facilities. Classes are taught Monday and Tuesday, while the student works in the facility Wednesday through Friday.

AMPPED Training Plan:
AMPPED is a 6-week train-while-you-work program. SCC’s Corporate & Community Education provides the classroom and certification training. The program consists of 96 hours and includes the following courses:
- OSHA 10 GENERAL INDUSTRY
- MSSC SAFETY
- LEAN SIX SIGMA YELLOWBELT
- PRODUCTION AND PROCESSES
- MAINTENANCE AWARENESS
- MSSC QUALITY PRACTICES & MEASUREMENT
- FORKLIFT SAFETY CERTIFICATION
- EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS
- INDUSTRIAL WORKPLACE SAFETY
