A transcript is the official record of a student’s cumulative academic work at a college. It lists all the courses attempted and the grades received for those courses. Contact the Records Office to have your transcripts sent to another college.
To request an official transcript, contact the records office in writing. The Official Transcript Request Form can be mailed or faxed as long as all required information is included with a signature. Students can also come by the records office (Room 156 in the Dan Lee Terhune Student Services Building) and complete a transcript request form or use the SCC Portal to request a transcript online. The records office requires 3-5 working days to prepare a transcript for mailing or pick-up.
Unofficial transcripts are available through WebAdvisor. Anyone who does not have access to WebAdvisor should complete the Unofficial Transcript Request form and fax or mail it to Student Records. The address and fax number is on the form.
