The Center provides the most valuable resource required by any new or expanding business – SPACE. With more than 180,000 square feet, The Center allows for flexibility in design to suit the needs of the individual client.
Locating first in The Center can provide a new company ample time and opportunity to develop market share for their products, hire and train their workforce, and establish an operations process before moving to a permanent location. It can also be utilized by an existing company to develop new products or processes or to train new or existing employees.
All business clients located in The Center are provided many benefits including flexible space for office and operational activities, conference room, library and training facilities and access to a wide range of support services.

In exchange for services provided, business clients consent to locate their permanent facility in Spartanburg County.
