In this two day hands-on class, you will create a three tier wedding cake with Hydrangea, leaves and stephanotis flowers as toppers plus swags made of fondant around tiers. You will also learn how to build a three tier and larger cake and how to transport and move it safely. The instructor will discuss planning of cake sizes, design fundamentals plus consultations, contracts, delivery and setup at a wedding venue. All supplies will be furnished and class will be taught by a professional cake decorator and wedding cake designer. Note: Your are encouraged to bring lunch to class each day.
