The Career Planning and Placement Office facilitates the transition of students and graduates from the classroom into the world of work by:
Maintaining a link between the College and local business
and industry’s emerging and continued employment needs
Providing services and workshops that address realistic job
market issues
Providing job related counseling that
effectively enables students to prepare resumes, complete
job applications, conduct meaningful job searches, interview
for
employment and understand employment responsibilities
Disseminating information about full-time, part-time,
temporary and summer employment opportunities
Coordinating the Cooperative Education Program, a learning approach that combines academic studies with work experience that is related to the student’s curriculum.
